Who Writes Here?

Who writes here is me, not someone else.

A globalized couple.

I'm Tati - or Ta Qi, as they call me here. The other one in the photo is John, my husband and companion for the good and bad times. I'm the one who wirtes, he's the one who reads. I'm Brazilian with some hints of Swiss, Italian and who knows what else, and John is a Chinese-born South African.

To complete the globalization in the family, we've been living in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia, China, since September, 2013.

This blog was created to fulfill two distinct needs: my need of writing and writing and writing, and my friends and family back home, who can't help themselves wondering what it's like to like in a land of such different language, food and culture.
